About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The organically farmed grapes grow on the hills of Veneto in mixed clay and limestone soils. The vines are 50 years old.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand. Whole, un-destemmed bunches are gently pressed, and the must ferments in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks with natural yeasts. Secondary fermentation takes place in horizontally stored bottles.
Ageing
The wine ages in bottles laid horizontally.
Tasting profile
Fleshy, very lively and easy-drinking, with a carefree character.
