About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes grow in the Berici Hills in the province of Vicenza, on mixed clay and limestone soils. They are harvested by hand.
Vinification
Whole bunches are gently pressed without destemming. The must ferments in stainless-steel tanks with natural yeasts at 18–20 °C.
Ageing
The wine matures for around 90 days with regular bâtonnage and is bottled after light filtration.

Aromatic, refreshing and elegant.
