About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes grow on clay-limestone soils with marl deposits in the Soave region.
Vinification
Harvest begins in the second half of September. The grapes undergo cold skin maceration, followed by gentle pressing and fermentation at 16–18 °C.
Ageing
The wine rests for an extended period on fine lees in stainless steel tanks.
