About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes grow in vineyards in the Alba region, on clay-limestone soils.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand and selected several times: bunches are checked before transport to the winery, again on arrival, and finally by the winemaker before crushing. Fermentation and maceration take place at a controlled temperature in large steel tanks.
Ageing
The wine matures for 6 months in French oak barriques. After bottling at the winery, it rests for at least another 6 months in the estate's cellars at 14–16 °C.
