About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from Mattia, the oldest vineyard on the Scarbolo estate.
Vinification
Pinot Grigio from individual vineyards is vinified separately to preserve the distinctive expression of each site.
Ageing
After fermentation, half of the wine rests for eight months in stainless-steel tanks and half in 2,000 L oak barrels. After bottling, it matures for at least another 12 months.
