About this wine
Grapes
Several white grape varieties are harvested and vinified together, following an old Friulian tradition. Their balance and the timing of the harvest are considered key to the style.
Vinification
The must ferments in 500 L French oak barrels.
Ageing
The wine rests on its lees in the same barrels for 7 months, with daily bâtonnage. After separation from the lees, it spends 12 months in stainless steel tanks and a further 4 months in bottle.
