About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The wine comes from Liguria. Winemaker Aris Blancardi, who took over the family estate Selvadolce, works with nature without interfering, letting grapes, soil, sun and wind express themselves, with no additives or adjustments.
Vinification
Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks, which keeps the wine fresh. No additives or adjustments are used.
Ageing
The wine ages for 20 months in cement tanks, which gives balance and depth. It is bottled without fining or filtration.
Tasting profile
A pure, honest expression of Ligurian terroir, fresh, with balance and depth.
