About this wine
Vinification
Harvest begins in late September. The must undergoes alcoholic fermentation and maceration in stainless-steel tanks at 24–28 °C for 10–12 days. No animal-derived products are used during production, and the wine is left unfiltered to preserve its natural flavours.

The packaging uses only environmentally friendly materials.
