About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The Sauvignon Blanc and Viognier come from east-facing vineyards at 250 metres above sea level. The vines were planted in 1997–1998 in clay and limestone soils rich in pebbles.
Vinification
After harvest, the grapes undergo cold maceration, followed by fermentation at a controlled temperature.
Ageing
The wine rests in stainless steel tanks for five months.
