About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from the “Saccol” vineyard, where intervention is kept to a minimum, chemicals are avoided as far as possible and the natural environment is treated with respect.
Vinification
Secondary fermentation takes place in the bottle according to the traditional method, intended to enhance the wine’s aromas, flavour and capacity to age.
Ageing
Following disgorgement in December, the wine rests for a further ten months in the winery’s cellars.
Tasting profile
Elegant, light and fresh, with a delicate yet lively character.
