About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes grow in Tenuta di Montecucco’s vineyards at an altitude of 360 m. The planting density is 5,300 vines per hectare.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand in September at optimal ripeness. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 18 °C.

Annual production is 10,000 bottles.
