About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes come from selected hillside plots with favourable exposures. The soils are medium textured and calcareous-clay.
Grapes
Malvasia di Schierano and Malvasia Nera Lunga; the blend proportions are not specified.
Vinification
After gentle pressing, the free-run must is kept at low temperature until the secondary fermentation takes place in an autoclave. This method preserves an aromatic, fragrant and fresh sparkling-wine style.
