About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from the estate’s oldest vineyards, planted in the early 1950s by the founder, Emilio Fuselli. The grapes ripen slowly and are selected only in vintages when they meet the required quality standards.
Vinification
The bunches are harvested by hand and destemmed. Fermentation takes place in French oak barrels under strict temperature control.
Ageing
The wine is aged for 18 months, followed by a long period of maturation in bottle.
Label / history
Aldone is produced only in the best vintages.
