About this wine
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand and carefully sorted before pressing. Fermentation takes place in steel tanks for 12–15 days.
Ageing
The wine matures for 12 months in second- and third-use French oak barrels, followed by an extended period in the winery’s cellars before release.
Label / history
This was the estate’s first wine. It is dedicated to founder Emilio Fuselli, whose vision and passion for the land were passed down to his descendants.
