Vineyard and terroir
The vines were planted between 1980 and 2015.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand at optimal ripeness. Fermentation is spontaneous, in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks.
Ageing
The wine rests for 8 months in stainless steel vats, then 12 months in bottle in the winery's cellars.
Label / history
The name can be translated as "little pest" or "difficult child". The wine is presented as a lively expression of traditional Valpolicella.
