About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from the "Coste Anforiano" vineyard, where the soils are sandy and calcareous.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand at optimal ripeness, then destemmed and gently pressed at the winery. Fermentation takes place in stainless-steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 26–88 °C.
Ageing
The wine undergoes a short period of barrel ageing.
