About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The Arneis is grown in three vineyards with sandy, limestone-rich soils.
Vinification
The grapes are picked by hand at optimal ripeness. Fermentation takes place at the winery in steel tanks, at a controlled temperature of no more than 18 °C.
Ageing
The wine is aged briefly in stainless steel tanks.
Tasting profile
Balanced and elegant.
Serving and pairing
Suited to an aperitif. It pairs with poultry, fish, seafood, cheese and appetizers.
