Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from selected vineyards in Salento.
Vinification
After harvest, the grapes are crushed and destemmed. Maceration and fermentation take place at a controlled 22–26 °C for 8–12 days, followed by gentle pressing to separate the juice from the skins and pulp.

Label / history
During a visit to Salento in 2001, Gian Andrea Tinazzi recognised the potential of the local vineyards and acquired a plot of approximately 20 hectares, on which the present-day Feudo Croce estate was later established.
