About this wine
Grapes
Sangiovese leads the blend, with small amounts of Canaiolo, Malvasia, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon.
Vinification
All the grapes are carefully selected before crushing and maceration. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature.
Ageing
The wine is aged in oak barrels.
