Vineyard and terroir
Masseria Surani has 80 hectares of vineyards in the heart of Salento, planted on limestone and clay soils.
Vinification
The grapes fermented in stainless-steel tanks at a controlled temperature for 12 days.
Ageing
The wine matured in oak barrels for 15 months, followed by six months in bottle.

An appealing aroma leads to a smooth palate with a refined structure.
