The fruit is harvested from old vines in Puglia.
Vinification
Traditional vinification includes maceration and fermentation at a controlled temperature of 26–28 °C.
Ageing
The wine matures for 14 months in French and American oak barriques.
Label / history
The limited 2015 collection is named after the winery’s founder, Cosimo Varvaglione.
