About this wine
Origin: hills near Negrar di Valpolicella, 280–450 m above sea level.
Grapes: 45% Corvina, 30% Corvinone and 25% Rondinella.
Vines: 60–65 years old; Pergola Veronese, approximately 3,300 vines/ha.
Aging: 80 months in new 225 L barriques, followed by one year in bottle.
Production: approximately 1,000 bottles.
Serving temperature: 18–20°C.
