About this wine
Style
A sweet red of intense flavour and generous aroma, the older, sweeter sibling of Amarone.
Vinification
Whole bunches are dried in rooms of controlled temperature and low humidity, then pressed gently and fermented until alcohol and sweetness reach the balance sought.
Ageing
Eight to nine years in Slavonian oak, then six months in bottle. It keeps for more than thirty years.
Technical data
Alcohol: 15%. Bottled in 375 ml.
