Vineyard and terroir
The grapes are grown across various sites in Veneto.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness. At the winery, the juice is separated immediately from the skins to preserve freshness and aroma, then vinified in steel tanks at a controlled temperature. Secondary fermentation takes place at low temperature in sealed pressurised tanks using the Italian Charmat method.
