About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The vines grow in the sunniest part of the production area, across hills at 50–500 m above sea level. The production area encompasses 15 municipalities.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness. At the winery, the juice is separated from the skins immediately to retain freshness and aroma, then vinified in steel tanks at a controlled temperature. A second fermentation takes place at low temperature in sealed autoclaves using the Italian Charmat method.
