About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The vines grow in the sunniest part of the region, at elevations of 50–500 m above sea level.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness. The juice is separated from the skins immediately to preserve freshness and aroma, then vinified in stainless-steel tanks at a controlled temperature. Secondary fermentation takes place at low temperature in sealed pressure tanks according to the Italian Charmat method.
