About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from vineyards at 270–900 m in a small mountain valley in the upper Adige. Most of the vines face south or southwest.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested entirely by hand and taken directly to the cellar, where they are gently pressed without delay. Fermentation takes place in small stainless-steel tanks at a controlled 19 °C.
Ageing
The wine rests for four months in the same stainless-steel tanks.

Fresh and aromatic, with a well-balanced style.
