About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The wine originates from the tips of the most suitable bunches selected in the vineyards. Pronounced minerality forms a central part of its aromatic profile and reflects the volcanic subsoil.
Vinification
Only the selected bunch tips are vinified as a white wine. This approach developed from research into bunch maturation undertaken at Travaglini between 2007 and 2010.
Ageing
The wine remains on the lees for 120 months before late disgorgement.
Tasting profile
Straw yellow with delicate pink nuances and a fine, elegant perlage. The nose is intense, broad and complex: yeast notes mingle with spice and citrus, enriched by dried fruit and acacia honey, while pronounced minerality provides structure.
Vibrant and concentrated on the palate, balanced by freshness and a distinctly savoury flavour. The exceptionally persistent progression finishes in harmony.

Nebolè began in 2010 as an idea and research project founded on precise selection within the grape bunch.
