Tasting profile
The wine has a bright, mature ruby-red appearance and delicate transparency. Its initially soft floral character recalls violet and rose petals, developing spicy and balsamic nuances with time. Mineral and occasionally iron-like accents emerge on the finish.
The palate is elegant and balanced, combining freshness with finely traced noble tannins. Small red fruits, flowers and fruit-jelly notes carry through a subtle, exceptionally persistent finish.

Gattinara D.O.C.G. is one of the estate’s historic labels. It is presented as the wine that most directly expresses Gattinara through the Travaglini family’s interpretation.
