About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The Catarratto and Zibibbo are grown biodynamically in southeast-facing vineyards in the municipality of Salaparuta, at an altitude of 400 m. The soils are deep and alluvial, with a high organic-matter content. Yields are maintained at 9,000 kg/ha for Catarratto and 7,000 kg/ha for Zibibbo.
Vinification
Fermentation takes place in stainless-steel tanks at a controlled temperature of approximately 12–14 °C for 24 days.
