About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes are grown biodynamically in the municipality of Salaparuta. The vineyards lie at 400 m above sea level with south-eastern exposure, on deep alluvial soils rich in organic matter. Yields are limited to 8,000 kg/ha.
Vinification
Fermentation and maceration take place in stainless-steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 26 °C for 12–15 days, with daily stirring of the must. After alcoholic fermentation, the wine is racked.
Ageing
The wine undergoes two months of stabilization in stainless-steel tanks.
