About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes grow on flatland sites in northeastern Italy.
Vinification
After harvest, the grapes are gently pressed and the must ferments at a controlled temperature. A three-month second fermentation follows using the Charmat method.
Ageing
The wine receives additional bottle ageing before release.
Tasting profile
Light and harmonious, with clean fruit, a well-rounded profile and fine, persistent bubbles.
Serving and pairing
Suitable as a summer aperitif.

Inspired by water, freshness and creativity, the name “Aquarius” evokes the ocean depths and the world of water.
