Vineyard and terroir
The grapes grow on the slopes of the Isarco Valley, in stony alluvial soils that contribute mineral freshness and the wine’s distinctive aroma and flavour.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand and gently crushed. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature to retain the variety’s clean, elegant character. Malolactic fermentation is avoided.
Ageing
The wine ages on its fine lees in stainless-steel tanks, bringing its aromas and flavours into harmony.

The aroma opens with delicate notes. The wine is clean, elegant and harmonious, with mineral freshness, fresh-fruit character, purity and a refreshing palate.
