About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The fruit is grown in the Isarco Valley in the Dolomites, at the northernmost tip of Italy. The vineyards have high-altitude soils, bright sunshine and diorite, which contributes pronounced minerality. Steep, sun-warmed slopes provide suitable conditions for the vines.
Vinification
The wine spends a short time in stainless-steel tanks and does not undergo malolactic fermentation, preserving its clean, fresh character.
