About this wine
Vinification
Made using the traditional Ripasso method. After the first fermentation, the must is transferred to a vat containing sugar-rich pomace remaining from Amarone production, then fermented again for 10–12 days.
Tasting profile
Balanced on the palate, with a velvety texture.
Serving and pairing
Pairs well with red-meat dishes and soft cheeses.
Label / history
The name “Vallis Dei” means “Valley of the Gods” in Greek, a name associated with the Valpantena valley in Veneto.
