About this wine
Vinification
The Corvina, Corvinone and Rondinella grapes are dried for four months, during which they lose up to 60% of their original weight. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 18–22 °C, with 20 days of maceration.
Ageing
The wine matures for 18 months in French oak barriques, followed by an unspecified period of rest in bottle before release.
Tasting profile
Harmonious and full-flavoured, with aromas of ripe fruit.
