About this wine

Vinification

Only the ripest grapes are selected. They are partially dried until they have lost almost half their volume, reducing their moisture content and concentrating the flavour. The grapes are then pressed and fermented in temperature-controlled vats.

Ageing

The wine matures in wooden barrels for 18–24 months.

Tasting profile

Powerful and velvety, with vivid aromas of berries and spices.

Serving and pairing

Pairs with game, roasted meat and fine cheeses.

Label / history

Vallis Dei means “Valley of the Gods” in Greek, a name used in Veneto for the Valpantena valley.
