About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes are grown on limestone and clay soils in the Valpolicella region.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand during the last ten days of September. After pressing, they undergo cold maceration. Fermentation takes place in stainless-steel tanks at 25–30 °C for 10 days.
Ageing
The wine remains in stainless steel until February following the harvest, then ages for three months in bottle in the winery’s cellars before release.
