Vineyard and terroir
Organic Sangiovese is grown at approximately 400 m above sea level on Galestro soil. The vines are trained to spur-pruned cordon.
Grapes
100% Sangiovese from organic farming.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand and undergo a brief cold maceration, remaining in contact with the skins for a few hours. The must is then separated and clarified by static settling before a slow, low-temperature fermentation in stainless-steel tanks.
Tasting profile
Pale pink in colour, with bright coral and pink-marble reflections. The fresh, lively bouquet combines delicate dog-rose florals with raspberry and wild-strawberry fruit. The palate is fragrant, clean and rounded, with savoury character and a measured, juicy acidity that highlights its mineral dimension and persistent saline finish.
