Vinification
The grapes are harvested at full ripeness and gently pressed. The must then undergoes a long fermentation at a controlled temperature.
Tasting profile
The wine is fruity and refreshing, with notes of white flowers and dried fruit. The palate is balanced and pleasant.
Vintage notes
The 2020 growing season in Veneto began slightly earlier than in previous years, without adversely affecting flowering or fruit set. Favourable temperatures and sufficient rainfall from March through July supported fruit development. Temperatures rose in late July and early August, while summer storms and light hail caused minor damage in the central-eastern part of the region. The harvest combined good quality and quantity, with sufficient sugar levels.
