About this wine
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand in the second half of October and placed in 4 kg boxes. They are then dried slightly for 15–20 days before pressing and fermentation in small oak barrels.
Ageing
The wine rests for six months in oak barrels, followed by three months in stainless-steel tanks.
Tasting profile
The aroma is inviting, while the palate is very smooth and well balanced.
