About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes come from San Castrese in Sessa Aurunca, Caserta. The vineyards were planted between 1980 and 1994 on volcanic soils with good levels of phosphorus, potassium and trace elements. The vines are trained to simple Guyot with approximately six buds per plant and are cultivated under a low-impact integrated pest-management regime.
