About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from the winery’s vineyards, where the vines grow on sandy soils and are eight years old on average.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand at optimal ripeness in the second half of September. Selection is carried out twice by hand: first in the vineyard and then on a sorting table. The grapes remain on their skins for 48 hours at 8 °C before gentle pressing. Fermentation takes place in stainless-steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 13 °C.
Ageing
The wine rests in stainless-steel tanks for five months.
