About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The organically grown fruit comes from the slopes of the Tuscan hills, in the Volpaia and Castelprile vineyards.
Vinification
The two varieties are vinified separately.
Ageing
The wine rests for eight months in French oak barrels.
