Vinification
The grapes are hand-harvested into small crates and gently pressed. The must ferments in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks.
Label / history
The name Pinot Grigio, Italian for “Gray Pinot,” refers to the grapes’ distinctive pinkish-copper colour.
