About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes grow in the hills of Bardolino Classico, on the eastern shore of Lake Garda, in soils of morainic origin containing silt and clay.
Vinification
Made without added sulfites, the wine undergoes traditional fermentation on the skins, followed by 8–10 days of maceration.
Ageing
It matures for five months in stainless-steel tanks.
Tasting profile
Aromatic and expressive.
Serving and pairing
Because the wine has no added sulfites, an opened bottle should be finished the same day.
