About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The fruit is grown in the hills north of Verona, within the Valpolicella Classica area.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand and destemmed, then fermented for 5–7 days.
Ageing
The wine rests in stainless-steel tanks.
