Vineyard and terroir
The Nebbiolo grows on the mountain slopes of the Langhe area.
Vinification
Traditional red winemaking. The grapes are carefully prepared before vinification and gently pressed, then macerated and fermented at a controlled temperature.
Ageing
At least 24 months in oak barrels, followed by a further 12 months in bottle.
Tasting profile
Structured and well-balanced, with an elegant aroma.
