Vineyard and terroir
The grapes are grown in vineyards at Orbetello and Magliano in Toscana, at elevations of 100–150 m above sea level. The soils are composed of sand, clay and limestone. The vines are Guyot trained.

A blend of Vermentino and Viognier.
Vinification
Fermentation takes place in stainless-steel tanks.
Ageing
The wine remains in stainless steel for three months, followed by one month of bottle ageing.
