Vineyard and terroir
The vineyards are about 40 years old. Soils are clay-limestone with a high proportion of sand.
Vinification
Harvest begins in the first 10 days of September. The grapes are picked by hand, taken to the winery, then sorted and crushed. The must is vinified at a controlled temperature.
Ageing
The wine ages in French oak barrels, which give a more refined flavour and aroma.
